I don’t come to this work from a single path.
My background is in psychology, business, creative work, and personal development — but more than anything, my work has been shaped by experience. I’ve built and led service-based businesses, worked in live performance and facilitation environments, and spent years learning how to navigate pressure, responsibility, and change in real time.
Alongside this, I trained and qualified as a life coach through the School of Life, where I deepened a structured approach to working with people in a way that is practical, honest, and grounded. My interest has never been in motivation or self-improvement trends, but in understanding how people actually move forward when life becomes complex or uncertain.
Recovery has also been part of my personal journey. It’s not something I centre as an identity, but it has shaped how I understand discipline, emotional regulation, boundaries, and the quiet work required to rebuild stability over time. That experience informs how I sit with clients — calmly, without judgement, and without needing to fix or rescue.
People often come to me when they feel stuck between roles or expectations — when they know something needs to change but don’t yet have the clarity or steadiness to move. My work is not about giving answers. It’s about creating a space where people can think clearly, see themselves honestly, and take responsibility for the direction they choose.
Outside of coaching, my work extends into yoga, workshops, speaking engagements, and creative projects. While these areas may seem different on the surface, they are all rooted in the same intention: helping people reconnect with themselves, communicate more clearly, and move through life with greater presence and agency.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to a more grounded version of who you already are.
I work calmly and directly.
Sessions are structured, conversational, and grounded in real-world application. We focus on what is happening now, what is within your control, and what needs to change for you to move forward with integrity.
I don’t rescue, motivate, or offer quick fixes.
The work is about clarity, regulation, and choice.
My approach is shaped by a combination of training and lived experience.
I have a background in psychology and am a certified life coach through the School of Life. Alongside this, I have built and run service-based businesses, working under real responsibility, pressure, and long-term decision-making.
I also work from personal experience of recovery, which has informed a practical understanding of emotional regulation, discipline, boundaries, and sustained change over time.
This combination allows me to work with clients in a grounded, non-reactive way — especially when things feel overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck.
This work is suited to people who:
Feel mentally overloaded, stuck, or emotionally reactive
Want clarity and direction without being told what to do
Are willing to take responsibility for their choices
Prefer calm, honest conversations over motivation or hype
This coaching may not be a fit if you are looking for quick reassurance, constant motivation, or someone to make decisions for you.
Across coaching, yoga, workshops, and speaking, the work is guided by the same principles: clarity, responsibility, and grounded presence. The aim is not to overwhelm or impress, but to create space for people to think clearly, regulate themselves, and move forward with intention.
